Overview

SparrowCV offers a generous free plan (5 resumes per month) so you can fully evaluate the Service before subscribing. We want you to be confident in your purchase before upgrading.

Subscription Refunds

All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that acts as our Merchant of Record and handles billing, refunds, and tax compliance.

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at contact@sparrowcv.com.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund or pro-rated credit.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused months within the first 30 days.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Email contact@sparrowcv.com with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Reply directly to the receipt email you received from our payment processor

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You are not charged for the next period
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan (5 resumes/month)
  • Your profile, resume history, and data are preserved

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (use the free plan to evaluate first)
  • Failure to use the Service during the billing period
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

Free Plan

The Free plan (5 resumes per month) is always available at no cost. No credit card is required. We encourage all users to try the free plan before subscribing to ensure the Service meets their needs.
