1. Service Description

SparrowCV ("the Service") is an AI-powered resume tailoring platform operated by SparrowCV. The Service generates customized resumes by adapting your professional profile to specific job descriptions using artificial intelligence. The Service is available at sparrowcv.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. SparrowCV reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SparrowCV only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

  • Generate resumes containing false or fabricated information
  • Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or deceive employers
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Exceed your plan's generation limits through automated means

5. Plans and Billing

SparrowCV offers Free, Pro ($19/month), and Autopilot ($29/month) plans. All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax compliance, and payment processing globally. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Plan Limits

  • Free: 5 resume generations per month
  • Pro: 200 resume generations per month
  • Autopilot: 400 resume generations per month + daily job matching

Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.

7. Intellectual Property

You own all content in your generated resumes. SparrowCV claims no ownership rights over your resume content, profile data, or uploaded documents. The SparrowCV brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of SparrowCV.

8. AI-Generated Content

Resume content is generated using AI language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated text may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting it to employers. SparrowCV does not guarantee that AI-generated bullet points perfectly represent your experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

SparrowCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Job application outcomes or interview results
  • ATS scoring accuracy or compatibility with specific ATS systems
  • Errors in AI-generated content that you did not review
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. SparrowCV may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless required by law to retain it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
